Booking Policy

Please read before booking your appointment with Bshaw Beauty.

When booking, you must provide a valid phone number and email address and agree to the terms and conditions. Without this, your appointment may not be confirmed. By booking an appointment, you agree to the salon policies listed below.

Deposits

Some services will require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be lost.

Same-day cancellations or failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full appointment cost needing to be paid before any future bookings can be accepted.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps avoid lost appointment time and allows availability for other clients.

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without contact or communication may result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged, as this time has been reserved specifically for you and preparation/products may already have been arranged.

Communication

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, especially for parents and families. If you contact me as soon as possible, I will always try my best to be understanding and accommodating.

Address Information

Bshaw Beauty is a private home-based salon located in Chichester. For privacy and safeguarding reasons, the full address will only be provided within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment.

Bshaw Beauty aims to provide a welcoming, safe and professional environment for all clients. Any inappropriate, rude or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
